The Sodus Chamber of Commerce announces the slate of officers for 2010. Mary Jane Mumby will remain as President, and Patty Paprocki will remain as Secretary. Tracey Fox will be the new Vice President and Jim Hopkins takes over as Treasurer. Also elected to the Board of Directors were Jennie Sedore and Wilma Young. All of the positions are for a two year term. The remaining Board of Directors are Mike Boone, Lynn Locklear, and Julie Schuldt.
The Board will meet on January 7 to plan the programs and events for 2010. The traditional events of Citizen of the Year Banquet, Scholarship raffle, and Halloween Party will need a Chairperson if they are to be held. Chamber members are urged to sign up for one or more of the committees to ensure they continue.
The Chamber is open to anyone to join and need not be a business. Business level membership is $50.00, Individual Membership (non business) is $24.00 and Retired is $15.00; all are per calendar year.
