Event suggestions
More items dealing with apples – Largest apple crisp or apple pizza
Apple carving and or peeling (longest/fastest etc); throwing apples at Town officials (or their pictures) either free hand or with sling shots (will need to check with school as to whether it is considered a weapon)
Blue grass music by Rotary, probably not since they have concerts already scheduled throughout the year.
Peggy Rusk will coordinate the parade – suggested we not include the little kids since participation has been modest; maybe do small parade on track for them.
Other suggestions were to make sure schedule is adhered to since people showed up and events were already done.
Need a mc and better speakers
Keep dessert contest
Make up large posters for surrounding area
Keep pumpkin growing contest
