General Membership Meeting Minutes
Treasurer’s Report: J Hopkins

Secretary’s Report: P. Paprocki
Minutes of May mtg sent out recently to membership/no corrections noted.
Thank yous sent for Samples to airport, and Bob Frantangelo
Old Business:
A. Brochures Turned out great with one small exception of our phone number. Corrections are being made and they will be ready for distribution. Patty Paprocki will have brochures if any member would like to get some-call her at 585-732-1206 to set up a pick up time.
B. Scholarship Certificates and checks: On 6/7 these will be awarded to winners by Tracey Fox
C. Harvest Fest.: Meeting 6/10 at 5:30pm at Mary Jane’s. Please attend if you are able. Need members to take flyers to local festivals to entice vendors-leave flyer or get a business card and we will send info.
Info was distributed at Samples also. Mary Zonneville donated raffle items and will organize this. School will send flyers with kids re: growing contest and parade.
D. Main St funding-Grant has been submitted to Albany for consideration. Advisory board should meet over the summer
E. Sampling Sodus: Had 12 vendors. Great day, heater helped keep damp off. Great crowd/1800 attended. Need feedback from those that participated and members not participating on whether we should continue this showcase-Provide feedback to Mary Jane please.
New Business:
A. Organization Appreciation and Awareness: Scheduled for Sept 19 at Wallington fire Hall. Letters ready to be mailed out-will need vocal support from our members to other groups to attend, also to general public to attend. Lacking contact info-will put ad in paper to attempt to bridge this gap.
B. Bylaws Review: Board of Directors will take this on
C. Membership packet: Need an update version. Jim Hopkins and Patty Paprocki will develop this.
Will have something for Sept mtg.
FYI: CrackerBox fund raising events:
June 12-Horse show at 9am-no admission fee
June 28-Golf tourniment
