A discussion about 79 Belden Ave was started, Mr. Banke was able to bring a survey map with him. He would like to put up a pole barn up and use it for storage and to fix personal vehicles such as snowmobiles, dirt bikes and his personal tractor trailer but would not store his trailer there on a permanent basis.
Susan explained the approval process to Mr. Banke. The Planning Board makes a positive or negative recommendation to the Zoning Board regarding the application.
David stated the Village Planning Board is always concerned about beautification, and noise levels in the Village of Sodus.
David motioned to pass this application from Mr. Banke of 79 Belden Ave to the Village of Sodus Zoning Board with a positive recommendation, Don seconded. All aye, motion carried.
David let the rest of the Village Planning Board know that it was brought to his attention that Village Planning Board By-laws must coincide with State By-laws. Corrine will check with the Conference of Mayors. He has a letter of interest from Sandy Graham for being on the Village Planning Board, she is a Town resident, and all agreed they would like to see something in writing.
Peg Churhill is tentatively planning on attending the March Village of Sodus Planning Board meeting. Don will extend the invitation.
Don would like to go and speak with someone at the Rail Road to become familiar with the operations and with each other. All agreed.
There being no further business, Joan motioned to end the meeting at 8:10pm, Don seconded. All aye, motion carried.
Respectfully submitted,
