Primary purpose of this meeting:  selection of COY, Milestone winners.

Finalize Plan for banquet

1. Selection of award winners:
2. COY:  4 nominations received. Reviewed nominations and discussed.

Voted unanimously for Andrea and Wayne Vermeulen.

1. Notified winners via phone call-accepted. Order crystal award(PPAPROCKI); also plaque at Village/town offices to get name plate
2. Picture for newspaper article to be obtained by PPaprocki on Thursday 4/9
3. Article to be written by PPaprocki and. submitted to the Times of Wayne
4. Announcement to be made on Facebook-PPaprocki added to FB admins.
5. Eblast winner and save the date for banquet to all members and general eblast list.
6. Milestone:  2 nominations received.  Reviewed and discussed.  Voted unanimously for Alton Fire Dept/100 yrs of service.
7. Notified Devon Hall via phone.  Order wooden plaque(PPAPROCKI)
8. PPaprocki will contact them re: photo and article for Times
9. Announcement to be made on FB and eblasted-PPaprocki will do this

2. Dinner: Sit down and 3 meal choices /Chicken French($40), NY Strip Steak($65), Eggplant Parm ($40)with oven potatoes, seasonal vegetable, salad, rolls and butter, coffee. Cash bar. Dessert tbd:  cake from Patons, cookie trays and more…
3. Tickets for banquet and raffle to be sold at Destinations Travel and The Country Hardware. Kari Hopkins to make dinner tickets, and PPaprocki will make raffle tickets. Deadline for purchase/reservations to be April 25th
4. Program: MC/ABurnett, Prayer/PPaprocki, Pledge/PBuyck

COY award/?Joan Miller, Milestone/JHopkins

1. Website Announcement:  JHopkins or JYarrow to arrange.
2. Scholarship: Criteria unanimously approved and sent to school. Raffle tickets 3/$10, 1/$5.  Raffle items list divided among those present to solicit baskets/GC etc.  Drop off at Destinations Travel
3. ? Mailing to members to sell raffle tickets. PPaprocki will need a membership list that includes mailing address.
4. Next year need to reimagine these awards and celebration/refocus?

• Career Day for Sodus Schools(including other schools this year)

PBuyck/Calm n Core will join in and discuss with others she is collaborating with to table with her.  4/25@8am-2pm

Carolyn Wetherby huge help at school, PPaprocki, SHamilton, JHopkins will help that day.

2. October 1^st@ 6pm:  MKerr to secure Karen Rawden as our speaker.  Location:  Sodus Rehab on Maple Ave/perhaps include a tour of facility and its renovations.  MKerr to discuss with Sodus Rehab set up/refreshments etc.
3. Develop a PR/advertising/flyer for this event
4. November 5^th@6pm:  PBuyck to secure speaker from SCORE/overview of services for small businesses. Location:  Calm n Core on Maple Ave.

PBuyck to offer tour and overview of services with Calm N Core, refreshments, PR/advertising/flyer for event.

1. Pop up at Country Lux this summer. JHopkins to arrange
2. Pop up or plan a Cruise on Rose Lummis for members only or open up

PPaprocki will explore with Don Riling of SOS

1. Business of the Month implementation:  unanimously agree to JYarrow and NWolleson proposed ideas and will ask them to implement/inform members.
