Discussed ways to engage members/encourage new members. Reimagine COY/Milestone event to include members more. Utilize Facebook page more with boosting. Eblasting to increase our reach; how do we get more for the monthly fee we pay to our website managers.
Monthly messages on FB scheduled and planned themes-this month is membership focused.
Nikki has offer to assist with this.(budget $20/mon x 3 months) Then we can reevaluate.
Membership at present is 70 paid members-2025 Jamie believes we had 100 members.
Patty and Nancy Ross have offered to do some outreach to those that have not paid/joined yet. Patty will coordinate with Nancy on this. We need to improve our revenue from memberships to fund our activity.
Logo stickers at the Print shop and Jim will pick them up. Michelle and Patty will work on how to distribute to our 2026 members.
Need to clarify with Harvest Fest folks where Venmo stands-trying to establish venmo for chamber-seems an acct is already established connected to our chamber phone number?

There is not an eblast list for just members at this time-Patty with talk with Amanda about this. Patty will try to set up such a distribution list with a goal of April 1st for completion.
COY:/Milestone/scholarships: have received two nominations. No info yet from Dunns about menus/prices. Need this info to make tickets/advertise. Info provided to group re: paid ads for Times of Wayne. Group decided print ads very expensive without much return. Facebook/eblast better outreach. Patty to meet 2/25 with counselors office on scholarship changes.(Ernie Piekunka only @500); revisit criteria.
Business of the month questions/Nikki and Jamie to meet to finalize and bring to our next BOD mtg in April.
